Investment Strategy

This description of the Bath Leeds, LP Investment Strategy is intended to be general in nature. The Bath Leeds Investment Strategy is to buy and hold (“HODL”) in every sense of the word. We attempt to identify investment opportunities in the Cryptocurrency Space that have disruptive technology, prospects for mass adaptation, and a clear path to the appreciation of their value. Once investment opportunities that meet our stated criteria are identified the intent is to buy and hold them for the life of the fund barring a fundamental change which does not include price action.

The fund will establish and maintain positions in cash (or cash equivalents), Cryptocurrencies, and new issues of Cryptocurrencies. As the Cryptocurrency space is a relatively new industry we expect extreme volatility in both price action and the regulatory landscape. We feel the most prudent course of action would be to be intentionally fluid.
